As with all areas of our work, we prioritise locally grown blooms, and use sustainable mechanics with absolutely no floral foam in any of our arrangements. With the exception of a small amount of tape, all the materials we use are either compostable, recyclable, or re-usable, helping to significantly reduce the potential environmental impact of your big day. If you desire a particular bloom or overall look that cannot be achieved using locally grown materials at the time of your wedding, we are happy to import flowers from our carefully selected wholesale suppliers.

Our Process
Your first step is to fill in our enquiry form below. We will then get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a consultation.
Consultations can take place over the phone, via video call, or in person, whichever is easiest for you.
During the consultation we will discuss your wedding plans and preferences such as colour schemes and flower types, as well as the overall style you wish to achieve.
Following the consultation, we will send you a design proposal and full quote. If you decide you would like to proceed with Meadow Lane for your wedding flowers, we will send you our terms and conditions to be signed and returned with payment of our booking deposit.
Three months before your wedding date, we will be back in touch to finalise the plans for your wedding flowers. In some cases, it can be helpful for us to meet at your wedding venue, particularly if you are having any large floral installations. Following this, you will be sent a digital design illustration to help you to visualise the overall look. Tweaks can be made to the design up until 4 weeks before the date of your wedding, at which point payment of the remaining balance will be due.
